Required gross income and this may be combined gross income is $1,331.00 week per week or $2,662.50 bi-weekly or $5,325.00 monthly or $63,900.00 annually.
  • The home is located in Candlewick Lake a gated community. Candlewick Lake includes use of the following amenities: Savannah Oaks Golf Course, tennis courts, fitness center, swimming pool, lake for swimming or boating, parks. Candlewick Lake celebrates the 4th of July with fireworks over the lake and additional festivities. New Candlewick Lake residents are responsible for a one-time file set up fee of $100.00 and an approximate fee of $35.00 per vehicle per transponder to get in and out of gate. Renter’s insurance policy with $300,000.00 liability included is required.
  • If you currently have pet(s), the following information will be of interest to you: Upon applying for home all pet(s) have to be registered on Pet Screening by going to the following website link: Pet Screening which is Property Management by PMM Inc’s landing page. Pet deposit is $500.00 ($250.00 is non-refundable.) Pet rent is $35.00 per animal, per month with 2 animals maximum; 60 lb. maximum each animal. The following dog breeds are NOT allowed: Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull, American Bully,
    German Shepherd, Chow, Akita, Presa Canarios, Wolf Hybrid, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great
    Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.  If you are already in the home and don’t currently have a pet but decide you would like to have a pet, BEFORE attaining a pet the following three things would have to be taken care of:
    1) a revised lease would have to be signed which is $50;
    2) $500.00 pet deposit of which $250.00 would be non-refundable would have to be paid;
    3) a pet rent of $35.00 per month per pet would have to be paid.
    After attaining the pet, the pet would have to be registered on Pet Screening by going to the
    following website: Pet Screening which is Property Management by PMM Inc’s landing page.
  • The following pages explain how to apply for the home, additional paperwork required and the application. An appointment needs to be scheduled for application to be turned into PMM Management rental office located at 525 Maple Avenue, #6A, Carpentersville, IL 60110. Expect this appointment to take approximately 1 hour.
